One Goal, Six-Month Connection
Mentoring+ provides mentees and mentors the opportunity to build a lasting connection over six months. As a mentee, you get focused 1:1 support with a development goal of your choice. As a mentor, you get the opportunity to expand your network, learn more about the business and give back to your Paramount colleagues. Everyone benefits from meeting new people in the organization.

Participation Eligibility: Mentoring+ is open to Paramount full-time and part-time staff employees, including union employees*.
Contractors, PBEs, Interns, Third Party Payroll (Production Partners) are not eligible to participate.

*Mentoring+ is a voluntary, opt-in program that provides participants with a flexible development opportunity. Time spent participating in this optional program, as well as an employee’s overall participation, should be discussed with their manager.
